After gaining experience in Japan and abroad, Shikanai Tatsuya joined us and became Chef in our most popular stores in Tokyo.
As a meat expert, he has developed a steak menu that we are proud of. Among aged beef and carefully selected ingredients, it's a simple but fresh and vibrant menu. In 2018, he was appointed as an Executive Officer of Y's Table Corporation, and he is instructing younger generations as an Executive Chef.
His motto is "It's natural to make delicious food but it's professional to arouse emotions and smiles beyond that."
