“The BAR”, located at the terrace side with glass windows all around, serves premium drinks and casual foods. The area is as spacious as wedding ceremony can be held. “An” offers traditional Japanese cuisine and Edomae sushi. Salvatore Cuomo Bros. provides authentic Neapolitan cuisine produced by Chef Salvatore Cuomo. With the spacious floor of about 1200 square meters, XEX WEST promises you extraordinary experiences and special moments.

緑あふれる中庭に面したガラス張りのテラス席と、ソファが並ぶラウンジの「The BAR」。夜はもちろん、ランチのブッフェやアフタヌーンティー、そしてウェディングやガーデンパーティなど、さまざまなシチュエーションでご利用ください。
“The BAR” is set in a glass enclosed lush green terrace with rows of sofa’s in the lounge. The flexibility of the space makes it appropriate for any occasion. For cocktails at night, afternoon tea and a buffet lunch, as well as weddings and garden parties. We cater to various occasions and aim to satisfy your every need.
イタリアン 「Salvatore Cuomo Bros.」
イタリアングランシェフ サルヴァトーレ・クオモがプロデュースする本格イタリアン。厨房設備にはシェフのこだわりの薪で焼くピッツァ窯、グリルやチキンロースターがならび、その他世界中のハムが並ぶハムセラーやシャンパンセラーなど、シェフの料理に対する熱意と技をお楽しみください。
Authentic Neapolitan cuisines are prepared by Italian Grand Chef, Salvatore Cuomo.
The kitchen is equipped with a kiln for baking pizza using firewood personally selected by the chef, near rows of grills and chicken roasters, champagne cellars and lines of ham from around the globe hanging from the ham cellar.
You can feel the chef’s passion and technique in his visually appealing cuisine.
