“XEX TOKYO” opens on November 6, 2007, on the 13th floor of Daimaru Tokyo in Tokyo Station City, offering spectacular views over the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. “ XEX TOKYO” comprises Italian “ Salvatore Cuomo Bros.”, “ The BAR & Cafe” and “ Teppanyaki An ”. The city's growing population of urban hip is expected to gather here to take full advantage of the mature setting and undeniably chilled atmosphere.

グランドピアノとゆったりくつろげるソファのあるLounge、BAR & Cafe。「LE CHOCOLAT DE H」パティシエ・ショコラティ辻口博啓のスイーツやトップパリスタ世界チャンピオンPaul Bassettのカプチーノもご用意しております。アンティパストバーより、イタリア直輸入のチーズや生ハムをお気軽にどうぞ。ディナータイムには外国人ミュージシャンのライブ演奏も楽しめます。

Italian dining produced by Grand Chef Salvatore Cuomo. Guests can enjoy new fusion-style cuisine alongside a deft selection of appetizers at “antipasto bar. ”Handpicked menu items from“ Teppanyaki An” as well as standard signature dishes such as Naples Pizza are also available.

XEX is proud to introduce a new style of collaborated dinning in regards to Teppanyaki. Genshiro Saito, owner/chef of “Shunkoutei”, produces the appetizers listed on the menu and each course includes as a special plate.
